Research Status and Development Trend of Brazed Honeycomb Panel Preparation Process

Due to its advantages such as low density, good rigidity, excellent shock absorption performance, superior sound insulation and heat insulation performance, the brazed honeycomb panels have been widely applied in fields such as rail transit, aerospace, construction and energy. The application situation of the brazed honeycomb panels was expounded, the current status of the preparation process of brazed honeycomb panels was summarized. Starting from the preparation process flow of brazed honeycomb panels, the existing problems in four aspects: the selection and pre-placement of brazing filler metals, surface oxidation and the use of fluxes, tooling and the determination of brazing process parameters were pointed out.On this basis, the development trends of brazed honeycomb panels were analyzed and prospected.
