Research Progress and Future Prospects of High Manganese Wear-resistant Steel

High manganese wear-resistant steel has always been the preferred steel wear-resistant material under high impact load wear conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to summarize the current status and progress of research on high manganese steel at home and abroad. On the basis of introducing the typical chemical composition and microstructure of high manganese steel, the current research achievements of high manganese steel in China and abroad were summarized, and the research results of the strengthening mechanism theory and strengthening process of high manganese steel were focused on.Finally, the future prospects of high manganese steel research were proposed from the aspects of deepening the research on the strengthening mechanism theory of high manganese steel, developing new high manganese steel products with excellent performance and solving common problems in high manganese steel production.
