Overview of Bearing Manufacturing Technology

Bearing manufacturing technology is the bottleneck restricting the development of domestic high-precision bearing industry. Bearing steel,as the main material of bearing inner and outer rings and rolling elements,its processing technology directly affects the final use performance of bearings. The manufacturing technology of bearing inner and outer rings and rolling elements in China was summarized. Through the analysis and research of processing,heat treatment and grinding of domestic bearing ring and rolling car,the development status of domestic bearing manufacturing technology was summarized.The localization of high-end bearings was discussed and the suggestions were given.
