Abstract
FeCoCrNiMn high entropy alloy was prepared by laser deposition, and the effect of recrystallization on its microstructure and corrosion resistance was studied. The phase composition, microstructure and corrosion resistance were analyzed by XRD, OM and electrochemical workstation. The results show that the microstructure of laser deposited FeCoCrNiMn high entropy alloy is single FCC phase. The laser deposited FeCoCrNiMn high entropy alloy begins to recrystallize at 900 ℃ for 1 h after 50% cold rolling deformation, and completes recrystallization at 1000 ℃ for 1 h. The corrosion resistance of FeCoCrNiMn high entropy alloy recrystallized at 1000 ℃ for 1 h is better than that of FeCoCrNiMn high entropy alloy prepared by laser deposition.
