Research on Spot and Quick Repair Based on Arc Additive Manufacturing

Based on dimension acquisition by structured light 3D-scanning technology, data pre-processing and reverse reconstruction by Geomagic software and arc additive manufacturing, the system of arc additive manufacturing and repair system was built the military shelter with four modules containing dimension acquisition, system operation, execution unit and arc welding components.Combining the military shelter with high reliability, high motility and quick response and a continuous, iterative and self-optimized process database, a spot and quick-repairing system was constructed.The spot and quick-repairing system can greatly promote extensive application of arc additive manufacturing and reinforce the technology gap in spot, quick response and repair field.
