Abstract
The microstructure, mechanical properties and conductivity of high-precision KFC special-shaped copper strip produced by forging and rolling method were studied by metallographic microscope, electrical conductivity tester, Vickers hardness tester and tensile test in different annealing states. The results show that when the forging frequency is 650 Hz, the annealing temperature is 800 ℃, and the belt travel speed is 3 m/min, the hardness, yield strength, tensile strength, elongation after fracture and conductivity of the thick part of the strip produced after cold rolling can reach 110.23 HV, 186 MPa, 343.3MPa, 10.4% and 89.08% IACS, respectively. The hardness, yield strength, tensile strength, elongation after fracture and conductivity of the thin material are 112.77 HV, 271.3 MPa, 343.3 MPa, 8.5% and 89.48% IACS, respectively, with good comprehensive properties.
