Study on Stress-relief Annealing Process of Heat-resistant Scribed Grain-oriented Silicon Steel and Its Simulation in Three-dimensional Wound Core

    • Based on the manufacturing and annealing process of three-dimensional wound core using heat-resistant scribed grain-oriented silicon steel, the effect of stress relief annealing(SRA) process on the magnetic properties of oriented silicon steel was studied, and also the simulation model of iron core in annealing furnace was constructed. The results show that annealing temperature above 750 ℃ and holding time at least 60 min can effectively eliminate the internal stress caused by wounding. During stress relief annealing, there are significant temperature differences at different positions of the core in the heating and cooling stages. The holding section for a certain period of time can reduce the temperature difference and maintain the heating uniformity. Using the method of simulation calculation, the change of temperature around the core can be accurately predicted.
