Research Development of Application and Mechanism of High Energy Electropulsing in Metal Procecing

The application of electropulsing in metal processing, including heat treatment, pressure processing, surface treatment and milling cutting was introduced. The action theory of electropusling was summarized, including electron wind, temperature effect and their effect on atomic diffusion, and the latest theoretical development was presented. The application of electropulsing in high efficiency aging treatment, the strengthening and toughening of high entropy alloy, crack healing in additive manufacturing, forging and other fields was discussed.
