Abstract
The effects of adding Fe, Ni and aging processes on the conductivity and high temperature strength of Al-Cu-Mg alloy at 250 ℃were studied. The results show that the conductivity and high temperature strength can be improved by adding Fe and Ni at a ratio of 1:1 to Al-Cu-Mg alloy. The microstructure analysis shows that adding Fe and Ni can make the grain fine, promote the precipitation of the second phase, delay the growth of the second phase and shorten the peak aging time.
