Research Progress on Application of Selective Laser Melting in Dental Materials

Because of the advantages of integration and individualized manufacturing in digitalization, rapid manufacturing, complex structure, selective laser melting technology has attracted widespread attention and has been successfully applied in the medical field. The manufacturing characteristics and application status of selected laser melting in dental materials were briefly introduced, the process-structure-performance changes of materials in the selective laser melting process were explained, and the performance and application evaluation of laser melting products were summarized. Based on the application characteristics of selective laser melting in dental materials, the current challenges and future development trends were pointed out.
