Effect of Hot Rolling Lubrication on Surface State of IF Steel

The effect of hot rolling lubrication on the surface state of IF steel after each process was studied by hot rolling test and laboratory simulation.The results show that there are many fine grains and mixed crystal on the surface of hot rolled strip due to the shut off the rolling lubrication,and the increase of shear stress between roll surface and strip surface is the basic cause of fine grains.The mixed crystal structure has obvious heredity, which leads to the decrease of 111/100texture ratio on the surface of the continuous annealing plate after cold rolling and annealing.
