    Effect of Nb and V Microalloying on Mechanical Properties of Large-Scale Weather-resistant Hot-rolled H-section Steel

    • The effects of Nb microalloying and V microalloying composition on mechanical properties of large-specification weather-resistant hot-rolled H-section steel were compared through testing. The results show that niobium microalloying can obtain relatively small and uniform microstructure, obviously improve the toughness at low temperature,enhance the plastic index, and it is more favorable to enhance the strength.
