Abstract: In view of the gas pipeline welding process plan formulation and process parameters selection, selecting Microsoft SQL Sever 2014 database, using C# programming language, the gas pipeline welding process database and welding process card database were established by adopting a three-tier C/S structure, and a gas pipeline welding process evaluation system was developed. The system provides six fuctions, including user login, process evaluation, process recommendation,data management, user management, help. The database ＆ evaluation system can provide process design guidance for welding engineers, provide reliable data reference for gas pipeline welding, which is of great significance for shortening the welding process preparation cycle, improving welding efficiency and welding process data management level.
