Abstract: Some defects of dissimilar steel welded joints of martensitic steel/austenitic steel were enumerated, including hot cracks, early faliure due to overheating during the heat treatment,Ⅳ crack and δ-ferrite at the side of martensitic steel. The reasons were analysed and the preventive measures were put forward.
