Abstract:
The effect of heat treatment temperature on the microstructure and wear resistance of C17200 alloy was studied by means of chemical composition analysis, low magnification observation, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and friction and wear properties. The mechanical properties and wear resistance of the C17200 alloy forging after heat treatment were tested. The results show that the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy change after heat treatment at different temperatures. Under the same experimental conditions, the hardness and wear resistance of the alloy are not proportional to each other by using CETR UMT-3 friction and wear machine. The alloy is heat-treated at a solid solution of 780 ℃ +aging treatment of 595 ℃, and its wear resistance is the best.
