中文摘要:采用热弹塑性有限元方法模拟焊接残余应力和变形时,焊接热源模型参数的选取,主要是依靠研究者的经验,随机性大。到目前为止,关于热源模型参数如何影响焊接残余应力和变形的研究还很少。本文以低碳钢平板TIG单道焊为例,研究了热源模型形状参数对焊接残余应力和变形的影响。结果表明:热源模型形状参数对焊接残余应力大小及分布的影响并不明显,但对焊接变形尤其是角变形有一定的影响。
英文摘要:When the thermo-elastic-plastic finite element method is used to simulate the welding residual stress and deformation, the selection of heat source parameters mainly depends on the experiences of analyst. Till now, there are few researches focusing on how parameters of heat source affect welding residual stress and deformation. Using a bead-on plate joint, the current work studied the influence of heat source parameters on shape of weld pool, residual stress and deformation by means of thermo-elastic-plastic finite element method. The results show that the parameters of heat source have no significant influence on residual stress distribution, but have a certain effect on welding deformation, especially on angular distortion.
