中文摘要:摘要:针对分流挤压模具工作带易断裂失效的特点,分析了模具的工作状态,提出了模具结构的改进措施。改进后的模具结构分为原模具和加固芯轴两个部分,芯轴采用双楔形结构。采用塑性加工的方法植入双楔形加固芯轴,利用热胀冷缩和压力加工使加固芯轴和模具结合良好并在界面处具有一定的压应力。通过试模证明,改进过的模具工作带断裂情况消失,模具寿命大幅度提高。
英文摘要:Abstract:With the view of extrusion forming process, the problems of figuration part rupture of die were analyzed. A practical improving technique about the die structure was put forward. The die structure was changed from the integral structure to the two part: the aboriginal die part and the mandrel to reinforce. The mandrel type is double cuniform. There are crushing stress between die and mandrel because of expand when heated and contract when cooled and plasticity process. So the two part to be integrate inseparably close. Through the actual production verification, the phenomenon of rupture is disappear and the service life of the extruding die is longer than past.
