中文摘要:针对某重卡前轴成形辊锻-模锻设计方案进行数值模拟仿真,建立前轴精度与成形工艺参数之间的定量关系,并引入到前轴成形辊锻有限元模拟分析中。本文采用数值模拟仿真技术,分析了某重卡前轴成形辊锻过程中弹簧板、弹簧板和工字梁过渡部位折叠缺陷的产生机理,为实际生产中重卡前轴成形辊锻工艺中的折叠缺陷的控制提供了指导性依据。
英文摘要:The process combined precision roll-forging and die-forging was studied by numerical simulation, in which the quantitative relationship between accuracy and parameters of the process was applied. The simplified finite element model of roll-forging process was established based on the FEM software deform-3D, and then the forming mechanism of folds in the spring seat and the transitional section between the spring seat and the I-beam were analysed, which can also provide a guidance for the optimization of the front axle in production.
