中文摘要:模拟分析了原工艺流程中弹簧座的拉深成形状况,模拟结果与其在局部位置的减薄和增厚难以满足生产要求的现状高度吻合。针对产品的质量状况,以工件凸台部位对应的凸模圆角半径和模具间隙作为影响因素,建立了工件最大减薄率和最大增厚率回归模型。在回归模型的基础上进了多目标优化,优化得出的参数为产品的质量提供了保障。
英文摘要:Drawing process of spring seat in original process flows is simulated and analyzed.The simulation results of thinning and thickening in the local position ,where the thickness of the part is difficult to meet the production requirements,is highly consistent. In view of the drawinig workpiece’s forming quality problem, two regression models are established by regression analysis using punch profile radius and die clearance in the part of the boss,. Based on the regression models, multi-objective optimization is taken,and it’s optimum parameters make the quality meet the product requirement well.
