英文摘要：The effect of different drop-down rates on the removal of Fe in the upgraded metallurgical grade silicon was studied. The results showed that removal efficiency of iron was best at lower drop-down rate. The removal efficiency for the bottom of silicon ingot was the highest, to 99.45%. The main reason is the segregation effect of Fe and different solidification rates during the solidification.
