中文摘要:研究了不同下拉速率对超冶金级硅中铁杂质的去除效果。结果表明,在较低的下拉速率下,对铁的去除效果最好,底部去除率高达99.45%。其原因主要在于杂质铁在凝固过程中的分凝效应及不同凝固速率。
英文摘要:The effect of different drop-down rates on the removal of Fe in the upgraded metallurgical grade silicon was studied. The results showed that removal efficiency of iron was best at lower drop-down rate. The removal efficiency for the bottom of silicon ingot was the highest, to 99.45%. The main reason is the segregation effect of Fe and different solidification rates during the solidification.
