中文摘要:根据汽车车顶天窗翻边成形过程中出现的回弹缺陷,建立天窗翻边模型。通过理论分析和FEM方法分析了模型应力应变分布特征及翻边回弹的影响因素。采用有限元法研究天窗翻边的回弹,进一步分析了模具几何参数和工艺参数对回弹量的影响,提出了汽车车顶天窗翻边回弹的控制措施。为汽车车顶天窗模具设计提供理论依据。
英文摘要:Based on the springback defects appeared in the process of the roof skylight flanging forming, the skylight flanging model is established. Through theoretical analysis and FEM model method, the paper analyzed the stress and strain distribution and the influence factors of flanging springback, and studied the rebound of the skylight flanging by the finite element method, and further analyzed the mould geometric parameters and process parameters on the influence of springback quantity, and put forward the control measures of the car roof skylight flanging springback, and provided theory basis for car roof skylight mold design.
