中文摘要:基于UG6.0平台,以UG/Open API与VC++6.0为开发工具,结合ODBC技术,并利用参数化设计方法开发适用于大型风电球墨铸铁轮毂的铸造工艺CAD系统。系统主要功能包括冒口系统设计,浇注系统设计,冷铁系统设计及铸造工艺参数设计,并根据工厂实际生产情况设计相应的辅助功能系统。
英文摘要:Using parametric design method and ODBC technique to develop a casting process CAD system for heavy nodular iron hub of wind turbine generator(WTG) with UG/Open API and VC++6.0 based on UG6.0 platform. The CAD system consists of riser and gating system design and chill system design as well as common casting process parameter design system. An auxiliary system for actual production is also included.
