中文摘要:本文采用了有限元法,对于钢制汽车车轮平衡块的多挤压通道的毛坯的制备进行了分析,分析了毛坯中间缺口部分厚度的最佳值。在此尺寸下,零件能够充满模腔,同时铆钉和飞边也能顺利成形,尤其是铆钉的长度得到了保证,达到了设计图纸的要求。该方法精确地计算出了挤压毛坯的形状和尺寸,减少了试模时间和次数,提高了新产品的开发周期,具有较大的现实意义。
英文摘要:By means of FEM analysis, the forming process of several extruding channel blank of steel wheel balance block was analyzed, and the best gap thickness value in middle of blank was got. Under the suitable gap thickness size, the cavities of upper die and lower die can be filled well and the rivet and flash can also be formed smoothly. Especially, the length of rivet which required by design drawing can be reached. This method accurately calculated the shapes and sizes of extrusion blank, which are useful in reducing the time and frequency of mold testing and improving the new product development cycle.
