中文摘要:利用氧-乙炔火焰喷熔的方法,在低碳钢表面制备Ni60、Ni60+20%WC和Ni包WC三种成分的合金涂层。利用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)观察和分析涂层的组织与结构,并对涂层的显微硬度、耐磨性能和抗热疲劳性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:由于涂层组织结构的差异,Ni60-20%WC和Ni包WC合金层具有较好的综合性能。
英文摘要:Three kinds of powder, which are Ni60, Ni60-20%WC and Nickel cladding WC, were sprayed on low carbon steel substrate by means of oxyacetylene flame spray-welded method. The microstructure and composition of the coating were examined using SEM and X-ray diffractometer. The microhardness, wear resistance and heat fatigue resistance were tested. The results show that the comprehensive properties of nickel-coated WC and Ni60+20%WC alloy coating are apparently better than those of Ni60 alloy coating because of different microstructure of the coating.
