中文摘要:在分析汽轮机叶片模锻模具设计技术的基础上,构建了基于DEFORM数值模拟的叶片模锻模具设计的框架。应用已开发的汽轮机叶片模具自动化系统快速生成了数值模拟所需的模具及锻坯的数字模型。应用DEFORM软件分析比较了不同坯料截面、不同锻造转角、不同余量加放条件下,锻造应力分布、锻造载荷、错模力及变形功的变化,得到了一些具有实用价值的结果。该结果对汽轮机叶片锻模设计具有指导意义,该方法对复杂锻件模具的数值模拟及设计具有一定参考价值
英文摘要:Based on the analysis of turbine balde forging die design, a new design frame was presented by using Deform numerical simulation. The developed CAD for turbine balde die design was used to rapidly design the numerical model of forging die and blanks. The forging loads, stress distribution, forming energy under different conditions were calculated and analyzed, some useful results were obtained. The results can put forward some reference for turbine blade forging die design. The method can be used for other complicated structure forging die design.
