中文摘要:某公司生产的曲轴支架在服役早期发生开裂。通过对铸件断口、材料成分、硬度和金相组织分析认为,材料中磷含量偏高导致产生过多的二元磷共晶组织,其分布于晶界处,形成脆相,弱化了组织性能,最终导致铸件失效。最后对球铁生产提出了合理化建议。
英文摘要:During early serving process, the cast iron bracket fractured, then the material of the bracket was examined by means of fracture surface, chemical composition, hardness and metallography analysis. The results show the fracture reason is binary phosphide eutectic caused by high phosphorus, the defects weaken the synthesize property. At last, some reasonable advices for casting production are put forward.
