中文摘要:用挤压技术来制造镁合金AZ80的轮毂,为了增强轮毂耐磨性,在其外边缘加一层耐磨钢圈,并用MSC/SuperForm软件进行数值模拟,得出耐磨钢圈处金属坯料的变形规律和工艺参数。通过模拟比较耐磨钢圈拐角处的圆角大小、摩擦系数以及挤压速度对轮毂成形的影响,得出最佳的工艺参数。
英文摘要:The extrusion forming for magnesium alloy hub was researched. In order to strengthen hub's wear-resisting, a wear-resistant steel ring was added in the external edge of the hub. And through numerical simulation with MSC/SuperForm software, the distortion rule and process parameters of the metal inside wear-resistan steel were obtained. Through simulating and comparing the influences of round corners of the steel ring, frictional coefficients and extrusion speeds on hub forming, the best process parameters were obtained.
