中文摘要:针对汽车后内梁冲压成形复杂的特点,利用Dynaform软件对汽车后内梁拉延过程进行了模拟分析。首先对零件拉延型面进行了设计,重点对工艺补充面形状和拉延筋分布方式进行了设计和优化分析,分析和比较了两种工艺补充面和拉延筋分布方式状态下零件的成形状态和FLD图,确定了合理的工艺补充面和拉延筋分布方式。模拟结果表明采用优化的工艺面改善了零件金属流动的状态,提高了成形质量。最后将上述优化的结果应用到实际生产中,得到合格的零件,验证了优化结果的可靠性。
英文摘要:Aiming at the characteristics of complicated deformation of automobile sill inner rear during stamping process, the drawing process for the automobile sill inner rail was simulated by finite element software Dynaform. The drawing surface was designed, focusing on the optimization of the addendum surface and the drawbead layout. By analyzing and comparing the stamping conditions and the FLD in two types of addendum surface and drawbead layout, the optimized addendum surface and the optimized drawbead layout were chosen. The simulation results showed that the material flow and the quality of the parts were improved effectively with the optimized drawing surface and process parameters. The optimized parameters were employed in production and the acceptable quality parts were produced. Therefore, the optimized results was verified to be effective.
