中文摘要:运用DEFORM软件,对不同端部形状的坯料进行楔横轧轧制过程的数值模拟,并将坯料端部形状角λ对轧件端部凹心的影响规律进行较系统分析。结果表明,轧件端部凹心随着形状角λ的减小而减少,通过合理设计坯料形状角λ可以有效减小轧件端部凹心。该研究结果为楔横轧实际生产节材,实现无料头楔横轧生产提供理论依据。
英文摘要:The rolling process of blanks with different end shapes with CWR was simulated by DEFORM software. The influence rules of different end shape angle λ of rolled pieces on end cavity were analyzed. The results show that the end cavity reduces with the decrease of shape angle λ; the end cavity of workpiece can effectively reduce by designing reasonable shape angle λ. The results can provide theoretical basis for saving material and realizing no material loss end with CWR.
