中文摘要:针对某电厂660MW超临界发电机组高温中压联合主汽阀与再热热段蒸汽管道过渡段对接焊缝在安装过程中发现的焊缝横向裂纹,从材料特性、焊接过程中的应力状态和环境因素方面分析了焊缝横向裂纹产生的原因,并制定了合理的返修工艺措施,取得了良好效果。
英文摘要:Aiming at the transverse crack in the weld between intermediate pressure main stop valve and reheating pipe of supercritical power generation unit found before its installation, the cause of the cracks was analyzed from the aspects of weld performance of materials, welding stress condition and environment factors. The reasonable welding repair process was designed.
