中文摘要:采用CO2激光焊对添加不同成分合金压带的AZ31镁合金进行焊接,然后用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、万能拉伸试验机和扫描电镜等手段对焊接接头质量进行检测,综合分析焊接接头的组织与性能,以研究不同合金元素对AZ31镁合金焊接性能的影响。该研究主要比较Al、La合金元素对AZ31焊接性能的影响,结果发现,Al能够细化焊缝晶粒,增加析出相;La因产生偏聚对镁合金的力学性能有不利影响。
英文摘要:Mg alloy adding different alloy was welded by CO2 laser-welding. The metallographic changes and heat-affected zone of the welding zone were examined. The welding quality of the welded joint was studied by metalloscope, XRD, tensile machine and SEM. The microstructure and properties of the welded joint was analyzed. Based on above, the effect of Al and La on the property of AZ31 Mg alloy laser-welding was studied. The results show that Al element can make the grain of welding seam turn smaller, and the amount of eutectic Al12Mg17 tends to be larger as Al element increasing. Because La element disperses intensively in welding seam, the mechanical properties of Mg alloy laser-welding seam are not very nice.
