中文摘要:以目前国内二代改进型压水堆核电站反应堆压力容器整体顶盖锻件的制造工艺为基础,重点描述了炼钢和铸锭、锻造和成型、热处理三大关键工艺,并介绍了国外成熟的RPV整体顶盖锻件成型工艺。针对各种不同的生产工艺,提出了相应的质量控制要求。
英文摘要:Based on the present manufacturing process of the integral top cover forging for RPV in China G2+ PWR nuclear power plant, the three key processes of steel-making and ingot casting, forging and forming, as well as heat treatment were mainly described, and the foreign successful forming technology of the integral top cover forging for RPV was also introduced. According to different production technologies, the quality control requirements were put forward.
