中文摘要:针对汽车汽车前纵梁延伸件,以板料成形非线性有限元分析软件eta/DYNAFORM为平台,对其冲压成形过程进行数值模拟,得到了成形工艺未优化前的成形极限图。根据模拟结果对拉延型面以及拉延筋进行改进、优化,最终消除成形过程中的缺陷。将优化结果用于指导实际生产,得到了符合质量要求的拉延零件。
英文摘要:The stamping forming process of an automobile front rails extension part was numerically simulated based on blank stamping non-linear finite element software eta/Dynaform. Before the forming process optimization, the forming limit diagram was obtained. According to the simulation results, the drawing surface and the drawing bead were modified and optimized. Ultimately, the defect in the forming process was b eliminated. Supplying the optimized results to practical production, the eligible drawing parts were gained.
