中文摘要:采用电化学法测出了铜含量对镍基耐蚀合金在80%硫酸、30%盐酸和6%三氯化铁溶液中的阳极极化曲线,并对极化曲线中的特征值进行了分析,研究了铜含量对合金电化学腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:铜含量为3%的合金在80%的硫酸中最耐蚀;铜含量的升高会降低其在还原性酸中的耐蚀性;铜含量为2%时,镍基耐蚀合金在6%三氯化铁溶液中最不耐蚀。
英文摘要:The anodic polarization curves of nickel-based corrosion resistant alloy in 80%H2SO4, 30%HCl and 6%FeCl3 solution were measured by electrochemical method. The anodic polarization curves were analyzed. The effects of copper content on the electrochemical corrosion behavior of the alloy were studied. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the alloy with 3% copper content is most in 80%H2SO4, the corrosion resistance of the alloy decreases with the increase of copper content in reducing acid, and the corrosion resistance of the alloy with 2% copper content is worst in 6%FeCl3 solution.
