中文摘要:在人工骨的研究过程中,在三维绘图软件中设计出具有与人骨内部结构相近的类骨模型,以316L不锈钢金属粉末为实验材料,建立五因素四水平正交试验表,采用选择性激光烧结为加工方式加工出16个实验样本,通过对实验检测数据进行分析,得到一组最优的烧结参数,对人骨模型的建立和加工提供了可靠依据。
英文摘要:The artificial bones, designer drawing similar model like real bone in 3-D software was carried out. Using 316L stainless steel as testing material to build 5 factors 4 levels orthogonal experiment table, the machining method for SLS to process 16 testing samples was adopted by analyzing the experiment data to obtain the optimal sintering parameters as reliable evidences for the artificial bones' model building and machining.
