中文摘要:采用真空扩散焊工艺方法制备铜铝复合板,对加热温度、保温时间、压力等焊接工艺参数对接头组织性能的影响进行正交试验,利用扫描电镜对焊接过渡区的性能进行了分析。试验结果表明:加热温度为540 ℃、保温时间为60 min、压力为4×105 MPa时,形成了良好的焊接接头,达到冶金结合。
英文摘要:The composite plate of copper and aluminum alloy were manufactured by diffusion welding, and the effect of heating temperature, holding time and pressure on the microstructure and properties of the welded joint were studied by SEM and orthogonal experiments. The experimental results show that the optimal parameters are heating at 540 ℃, holding time 60 min and pressure 4×105 MPa, the welded joints are the metallurgical combination.
