中文摘要:研究了不同锻造工艺对新型铌合金Nb-W-Mo-Zr棒材的组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,对于小规格?准63mm Nb-W-Mo-Zr铌合金棒材,采用摔锻拔长即可满足要求;而对于大规格?准77 mm Nb-W-Mo-Zr铌合金棒材,通过改变锻造方式,采用两次镦粗+拔长工艺可以使得?准77 mm的棒材达到与?准63 mm棒材摔锻拔长工艺相当的组织和室温力学性能。
英文摘要:The effects of different forging processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of new type Nb-W-Mo-Zr alloy were studied. The results show that the required mechanical properties of small-sized Nb-W-Mo-Zr-Nb alloy bars can be realized by using drawing process; for large-sized Nb-W-Mo-Zr-Nb alloy bars, by using upsetting deformation combined with drawing process, the same result can be achieved.
