中文摘要:采用正交试验方法对过共晶Al-28wt%Si活塞合金进行P-RE-Sr复合变质处理,运用极差和回归分析,研究了P、RE、Sr添加量对合金热处理态力学性能的影响。结果表明,合金室温及高温抗拉强度与P、RE、Sr添加量均呈二次曲线对应关系,经成分优化后的P-RE-Sr复合变质剂可使合金室温抗拉强度达到217.034 MPa以上,高温抗拉强度达到122.839 MPa以上。
英文摘要:Using orthogonal test, the P-RE-Sr triplex modification on hypereutectic Al-28wt%Si piston alloy was carried out. The effects of the addition of P, RE and Sr on the properties of the alloy after heat treatment were studied by range and curvilinear regression analysis. The results indicate that there is a quadratic relationship between the tensile strength of the alloy at room temperature and high temperature. Modified by the optimized modifiers, the tensile strength of hypereutectic Al-28wt%Si piston alloy at room temperature is over 217.034 MPa, and the high temperature tensile strength is above 122.839 MPa.
