中文摘要:对多元合金凝固过程的平衡溶质再分配系数进行了热力学描述,得出了其和二元合金溶质分配系数之间的关系。对于多元合金,其分配系数不仅仅是二元合金分配系数的线性组合,而且与各组元间的相互影响性较强。讨论了在非平衡凝固条件下对溶质再分配系数的处理,从热力学和动力学方面入手,讨论了溶质再分配系数随凝固速度变化的关系,而且还讨论了快速凝固过程对溶质再分配系数的影响。
英文摘要:The thermo-dynamics equations of equilibrium solution redistributions for multi-component alloy solidification were descripted. The relationship between the multi-component alloy and the binary alloy was given out. The results show that the solution redistribution in multi-component is not only the linear combination of the solution redistribution of binary alloys, but also has relationship with the effect of each element in the alloys. The solution redistribution coefficients in the non-equilibrium solidification are discussed from thermo-dynamic and kinetics. The change relationship between the velocity of solidification and the solution redistribution coefficients is discussed in detail. The influence of quickly solidification on the solution redistribution coefficient is discussed.
