中文摘要:使用光学显微镜、硬度计和冲击试验机,对比研究了两种衬板用低碳合金钢的组织和性能。结果表明:对于所研究的两种衬板用低碳合金钢,当铬含量为6.0%、镍含量为2%时,其退火态组织为少量先共析铁素体+屈氏体,淬火-回火态的组织为板条马氏体;当铬含量为9.0%、镍含量为1%、锰含量为1.5%时,其退火态和淬火回火态的组织均为马氏体。后者的硬度要高于前者,韧性次之。在含有铁矿石的酸性矿浆中,冲击功为1.2 J时,铬含量为9.0%、镍含量为1%、锰含量为1.5%的低碳合金钢冲击腐蚀磨损性要优于铬含量为6.0%、镍含量为2%的低碳合金钢。
英文摘要:The microstructure and properties of two kinds of low carbon alloy steel used for liner board were studied by metallographic microscope, microhardness tester arnd impact tester. The results show that the microstructure of the annealed state is proeutetoid ferrite by adding troostite , after quench-temper, the microstructure is single-phase lath martensite when Cr content is 6.0% and Ni content is 2.0%. The microstructure is single-phase martensite when Cr content is 9.0%, Ni content is 1.0% and Mn content is 1.5%. The hardness of the latter is higher than the fronter. The impact ductility of the latter is lower than the fronter. The slurry is the mixture of the iron stone and the dilute sulfuric acid with pH value 2.5 and the ironstone with 1.7~3.3 mm in diameter. When the impact energy is 1.2 J, the impact corrosion and abrasion property when Cr content is 9.0%, Ni content is 1.0% and Mn content is 1.5%, which is better than that the steel contains 6.0% Cr and 2.0% Ni.
