中文摘要:研究了挤压比对6063铝合金显微组织、抗拉强度和伸长率的影响。研究表明,挤压比影响合金的显微组织和合金中主要强化相Mg2Si的尺寸和分布。随着挤压比的增大,合金晶粒尺寸减小,合金中强化相Mg2Si尺寸减小,密度增大,分布趋于均匀,同时,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率也增大。
英文摘要:The effects of extrusion ratio on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 6063 Al alloy were studied. The results show that alloy extrusion ratio has an effect on the distribution and size of main strengthening phase Mg2Si. With the increase of extrusion ratio, the alloy grain size decreases and the alloy strengthening phase Mg2Si size decreases, density increases, more evenly distributed. With the compression ratio increasing, the tensile strength and elongation of the alloy also increase.
