中文摘要:以Cr12MoV为基体,制备了Ni-W合金的电刷镀镀层,并对镀层试样进行不同温度的真空热处理,观察了热处理后镀层截面形貌和组织特征,分析了热处理后镀层的硬度、结合力等性能。结果表明:在550 ℃时对Ni-W镀层进行真空热处理,涂层具有良好的综合性能。
英文摘要:The Ni-W alloy electro-brush plating coating was prepared on Cr12MoV. The vacuum heat treatment of coating was carried out under different temperature. The cross-section morphology and microstructure were observed, and the hardness and the bonding force of the coating after heat-treating were analyzed. The results show that the coating after vacuum heat treatment at 550 ℃ have preferred comprehensive properties.
