中文摘要：通过观察焙烧炉炉筒裂纹产生的位置和肋板断裂特征,从三个方面阐述了其产生裂纹的原因;结合0Cr25Ni20的焊接性,分析了焊缝返修的技术难点,通过焊接试验,制定返修措施,最后对炉筒环缝和纵缝裂纹进行了返修,并取得了圆满成功。
英文摘要：Through observing the position of crack and the characeristics of cracked rib，the cause of crack was expatiated from three aspects.Combined with the weldability of 0Cr25Ni20, the technical difficulties of welding repair are analyzed. Based on welding experiment, the repairing measures are taken to repair the circular and longitudinal welding seam of the cylinder.
