中文摘要:轴承套圈经贝氏体等温处理后,发现一条穿透壁厚的裂纹,裂纹沿油孔直径平行于套圈轴向扩展。综合运用宏微观金相分析方法对其原因进行试验研究。结果表明:轴承套圈油孔区域非金属夹杂物偏聚,破坏了基体的连续性,在淬火应力作用下,裂纹在应力集中较严重的油孔处萌生和扩展,最终导致套圈开裂。
英文摘要:The crack of bearing cover after isothermal quenched was found along axial direction. The reseans of crack forming were studied using metallographical analyses. The results show that the stress concentration during isothermal quenching causes the microscopic crack to initial in the enriching inclusions and the fracture followed the crack distribution.
