中文摘要:在SRV Ⅳ微动磨损试验机上考察了氮化激光复合处理对18Cr2Ni4WA钢耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:在试验条件下,正火+高温回火试样表面的维氏硬度约为280 HV,而渗氮激光复合处理试样的维氏约为780 HV,具有较好耐磨性。并对磨损机理进行了讨论。
英文摘要:Wear resistance of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel after nitriding and laser quenching was studied on a SRVⅣoscillating friction and wear tester. The results show that the hardness of normalizing and high temperature tempering sample is about 280 HV, the hardness of sample after nitriding and laser quenching is about 780 HV, and the sample has excellent wear resistance performance. The wear mechanism was also discussed.
