中文摘要:通过正火工艺参数的变化研究了含钛焊缝组织及性能的变化。结果表明,采用NB-1SJ焊条焊接后,焊缝组织为下贝氏体 + 弥散碳化物 + 少量残余奥氏体;经不同温度正火处理后,焊缝组织变为铁素体 + 碳化物,且冲击韧度明显增加。在930℃下保温 2 h后,焊缝金属的韧性最好;经1190 ℃正火处理后,焊缝区碳化物TiC会大量固溶,细晶强化作用减弱,晶粒有所长大,韧性下降。
英文摘要:The evolution of the microstructure and properties of titanium-containing welded joint during normalizing process was investigated. The results show that weld microstructure has lower bainite, disperse carbide and a small amount of residual austenite after using the NB-1SJ electrode welding. By different temperature normalizing, the weld microstructure changes to ferrite and carbide, impact toughness increases significantly . The toughness of weld metal is the best after normalizing at 930 ℃ for 2 h; by normalizing at 1190 ℃for 2 h, the solidsolution of the TiC in welding zero appears, the effect of fine grain strengthening decreases obviously, grain becomes bigger obviously, toughness decreases.
