中文摘要:研究了淬火温度对含碳量为0.9%~1.0%的ZK钢薄片小零件脆性和弹性的影响。结果表明:在本试验范围内,若淬火温度较低,由于非马氏体组织的存在,弹性很差;若淬火温度较高,由于粗大马氏体的存在,脆性很大;对于薄片类小零件,淬火时从离开炉膛到落入油槽下落过程的温度降低不容忽视,加热温度应略高于淬火温度。
英文摘要:The influences of quenching temperature on the elasticity and brittleness of thin small parts(wC=0.9%~1.0%) were investigated. The results show that the elasticity decreases when the parts are quenched at lower temperature in the reason of the pearlite. On the other hand, the parts might become more brittle at higher quenching temperature because of the coarse martensite. The descent of temperature is unignorable while the parts fall down from the furnace hearth to the quenching oil surface. The heating temperature should be a little higher than the quenching temperature.
