中文摘要:对W18Cr4V钢冲孔冷冲模早期失效的原因进行了分析,并针对上述原因进行不同的工艺试验,对原热处理淬火工艺进行了改进。生产应用结果表明,冲孔模采用低温淬火工艺后得到了有效的强韧配合,模具的使用寿命提高了8倍,对生产实践有重要的指导作用。
英文摘要:The failure reasons of W18CrV steel punching die were analyzed, the different process test was carried out according to the failure reasons. The original heat treatment process was improved. Production and application results show that effective co-ordination of strength and ductibility of punching die was obtained after quenching at low-temperature, the service life of punching die increases by 8 times. This has an important guiding significance for production practice.
