中文摘要:介绍了目前铜铝复合板的加工方法及应用,分析了各种加工工艺的优缺点。指出轧制复合法和爆炸复合法的生产技术较为成熟,是目前铜铝复合板常用的生产方法。铸轧法和模铸复合法等方法,因其耗能低、工艺简单和效率高而成为未来重要的发展方向。
英文摘要:The current copper and aluminum composite panels and application of processing methods for analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various processing techniques were described. The composite method and explosive compound rolling production are more mature technology, which are commonly used in copper and aluminum composite panel production. The casting method and mold composite law are currently under investigation, because of its low energy consumption, simple process and high efficiency. It becomes an important future development direction.
