中文摘要:采用放电等离子烧结制备Nb-20Si、Nb-20Si-10Al和Nb-20Si-15Al合金,并研究其在800 ℃的氧化行为,利用XRD和SEM分别对合金氧化膜的相组成及形貌进行了观察和分析。结果表明,在Nb-20Si-15Al的氧化膜中存在玻璃态SiO2,使氧化膜平整,抑制了氧的扩散。
英文摘要:Nb-20Si, Nb-20Si-10Al and Nb-20Si-15Al alloys were prepared by spark plasma sintering(SPS). The antioxidant performance of the alloys at 800 ℃ were studied. The phase composition and morphology of the composite were studied by XRD. The morphology of oxide scales was observed by SEM. The results show that there are SiO2 at molten state in the oxide scale of Nb-20Si-15Al, which can make the scale smooth and restrain the diffusion oxygen.
